Planning & Development

Architectural & Drafting

We are able to either work in with your selected Architect/Draftsman/Engineer or put you in contact with ours. Either way we will work closely with these people to ensure that the design is exactly how you envision it to be.

Approvals

Provided the construction falls within our Complying Development Guidelines we are able to have approvals done within 5 – 10 working days. If your plans are still required to go through Council we can also arrange this service. Please speak to our office staff for more specific information on this matter.
